Firehouse Apartments, located in Eagle-Vail, provides workforce rental housing for Eagle County employees. The property features five one-bedroom units and three bathrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom, rented at a higher rate, while the other four bedrooms share the remaining two baths. Property amenities include a shared kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, and parking. Nearby access to the ECO Transit bus route and Eagle-Vail Golf Course, Pavilion, and Pool.

1 Bedroom, 1 Shared Bath $600

The rental rates include gas, electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, and assigned parking.

Qualifications for Residency

Eligible Households are defined in the Eagle County Affordable Housing Guidelines: Administrative Procedures.

Year-round employment in Eagle County, verifiable rental history, criminal and financial background screening.

Application Process

Step 1 - Applicant submits an application.

Step 2 - Management contacts the applicant when a unit becomes available.

Step 3 - Applicant must provide documentation supporting Qualifications for Residency.

Step 4 - Applicant must complete a full background check.

There is a $50 non-refundable application fee for each applicant over the age of 18. Please note that completing the application does not guarantee the availability of a unit. Applicants who decline an offered unit will be removed from the waitlist.

The security deposit is equal to the amount of the first month's rent.
